Some OUTMO features involve payments (coins, experiences, vacation bookings). All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refund policies vary by transaction type and are detailed at the point of purchase.
The OUTMO platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by OUTMO. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.
OUTMO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, including travel recommendations and reviews. Travel decisions are made at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OUTMO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You may deactivate your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OUTMO after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of our operating jurisdiction.
